BRAIQTH プライバシーポリシー

BIGBANG, Incorporated(以下「当社」)は、学習アプリ「BRAIQTH」(旧名 BRAIN RIVALS。以下「本アプリ」)における利用者情報の取り扱いについて、以下のとおり定めます。

1. 収集する情報

アカウント登録時(任意): メールアドレス、ニックネーム
学習データ: レベル・経験値・ステージ進行・正答数などのゲーム進行情報

本アプリはアカウント登録をしなくても遊べます。その場合、データは端末内にのみ保存され、当社のサーバーには送信されません。氏名・住所・電話番号・位置情報は収集しません。利用者を追跡する広告目的のトラッキング(端末をまたいだ広告識別子の利用など)は行いません。

2. 広告について

本アプリにはリワード広告(動画広告)があります。表示される場所はショップ画面の「CMを見てポイントをもらう」だけで、見るかどうかは利用者が選べます。バトル中・結果画面・タイトル画面には広告を出しません。

配信には Google AdMob を利用します。常に非パーソナライズ広告(利用者の行動にもとづかない広告)・全年齢向け設定で配信し、利用者を追跡する許可(App Tracking Transparency)は求めません。

3. 利用目的

ログイン認証(メールアドレスとパスワード)
パスワードを忘れた場合の確認コードの送信(メールアドレス)
学習進行のバックアップと複数端末間の同期
ランキング・対戦・フレンド機能でのニックネーム表示

4. 第三者提供

法令に基づく場合を除き、利用者情報を第三者に提供しません。以下の外部サービスを利用しています。

Resend, Inc.(メール配信): 確認コードの送信のため、送信先メールアドレスのみが処理されます。
Google LLC(AdMob): 広告の配信のため、広告表示に必要な技術情報が処理されます。非パーソナライズ広告のみを配信します。

5. お子様の利用について

本アプリは保護者の方のメールアドレスで登録することを推奨しています。収集する情報はメールアドレスとニックネームのみに限定し、お子様の個人情報の収集を最小限にしています。

広告は全年齢向け・非パーソナライズ広告のみです。お子様の行動にもとづくターゲティング広告は表示しません。

6. データの削除

アプリ内の「SETTING」画面からいつでも退会できます。退会するとメールアドレスは直ちに匿名化され、復元できません。

BRAIQTH Privacy Policy

BIGBANG, Incorporated ("we") describes below how BRAIQTH (formerly BRAIN RIVALS, the "App") handles user information.

1. Information we collect

When you create an account (optional): email address and nickname
Learning data: level, XP, stage progress, number of correct answers and similar gameplay progress

The App is fully playable without an account. In that case data stays on your device and is never sent to our servers. We do not collect names, addresses, phone numbers or location. We do not track users across apps or devices for advertising.

2. Advertising

The App contains rewarded video ads. They appear only in the Shop screen ("watch a video to earn points") and watching one is always the user's choice. No ads are shown during battles, on result screens or on the title screen.

Ads are served by Google AdMob and are always non-personalized and rated for all audiences. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission.

3. Purpose of use

Authentication (email and password)
Sending a verification code if you forget your password
Backing up progress and syncing it between devices
Showing your nickname in rankings, battles and friend lists

4. Third parties

We do not share user information with third parties except as required by law. We use the following services:

Resend, Inc. (email delivery): processes only the recipient address to send verification codes.
Google LLC (AdMob): processes technical information required to serve ads. Non-personalized ads only.

5. Children

We recommend that a parent's email address is used for registration. We limit collection to an email address and a nickname.

Ads are non-personalized and rated for all audiences. We never show behaviourally targeted ads to children.

6. Deleting your data

You can delete your account at any time from the "SETTING" screen in the App. Your email address is anonymized immediately and cannot be restored.
